Relying on only a needle, thread and the stealth movements of her adept fingertips, Kenlynn Wilson manipulates yarn with the precision of a master craftsman. Countless years spent honing her skills have programmed her fingers to guide the needle back and forth with a rhythmical ebb and flow. To Kenlynn, sewing machines are off limits, making every item in her collection inherently unique. As the line’s name One Of implies, each hand knit dress, cardigan and pant is just slightly varied from the rest.
One Of relies on the process just as much as it does on the yarn Kenlynn purchases. Sourced from some of the country’s longest standing mills, Kenlynn is dedicated to keeping her operation local. A self-described yarn junkie, she only works with natural fibers: wools, silks and organic cottons, and all of her items are handmade in Marin, California.
